Because tango is well worth learning, we will guide you to your own experience of it.
Instructors: Horst Lerchbacher and Brenda Slavoff
Private
lessons: $60 per hour with one
instructor, $80 per hour with Horst and Brenda
50% discount for Students
A self-organised group can share a private lesson at no extra cost.
Prerequisites for learning tango:
A love of
music and the desire to express yourself through movement.
No
prior dance experience needed.
Clothing:
Anything which doesn't restrict movement, no tight skirt, no corset
Shoes:
Shoes should have firm, not sticking soles, preferably leather
and a heel height you are comfortable with. Flat shoes or just socks are
fine.
Please do not wear street shoes on the dance floor.
Short Technique Workshop
1hour Technique Workshop
every Saturday, 7pm
followed by the milonga on the first Saturday of the month, or 2h of free dancing / guided practica on all other Saturdays.
Entry for workshop and practica:
single $15
concession $10
couple or family $25 max.
